The firm adheres to the most stringent requirements for the highest level of sampling, inspection, documentation and training all the way down the line to produce extremely reliable packaging products and solutions for the medical device, diagnostic, and pharmaceutical markets they serve. Technipaq does testing in an in-house laboratory and conduct trials and validations as well as short pilot runs to ensure seal strength, porosity, burst, abrasion and puncture resistance.

Technipaq is an authorized converter of medical grade DuPont™ Tyvek^®, films, foils, surgical papers, and laminates into high barrier, ETO, radiation and autoclave style packages. Over time, Technipaq has evolved from a small job shop company to one of the established sterilizable flexible packaging solution providers. By the end of 2018, the firm will add two converting machines (pouch and header bag) with state of the art Vision Detection^® to its portfolio which includes small and large pouch converting lines, header bag lines, lamination, coating, printing, and slitting.
